In my case, the reference number was 117228 and I needed two more of these parts.

Once you have identified the part, head over to the Ikea website’s customer service section for spare parts. The website is user-friendly and they have made it simple to order the spare parts. Simply select the “Order” button under the “Small Spare Parts” section and enter the reference number of the part you need. You can then specify how many you need and the part will be added to your basket. The website asks for your name and address, but the best part is that it’s completely free!
Delivery Time
It takes about three to five business days for your spare parts to arrive. My experience was that the parts arrived exactly as described, and the process was smooth and hassle-free.
Conclusion
The ideal scenario is that you have all the parts in the packaging when you receive your flat pack furniture, but in case some are missing or damaged, Ikea makes it easy and free to get your replacement parts.
